PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION:
1.Double steel: 65#, 70#, double intensity: 1370/1770N/mm2.
2.Single steel, single intensity, 65# steel, 1770N/mm2. Pretension should be conducted to improve the tightness, and control the ductility and elastic and grinding accuracy of the rope.
3.NF refers to the natural fibre core whose rope core of the elevator steel wire rope shall be sisal core that has good support force to maintain the structure of the rope and guarantee the fine mechanical property. PP core refers to synthetic fibre core whose diameter uniformity can make sure the uniqueness of the rope diameter. PP is best for high speed elevator rope since its rope core is very thin and sisal core is difficult to control it.
